This bathroom needed some major updating and style. My goal was to bring in better storage solutions while also highlighting the architecture of this quirky space. By removing the wall that divided the entry from the tub and flipping the entry door to open the other direction the space appears twice as large and created a much better flow. This layout change also allowed for a larger vanity

This vintage inspired bathroom is the pinnacle of luxury with heated marble floors and its cast iron skirted tub as the focal point of the design. The custom built inset vanity is perfectly tailored to the space of this bathroom, done in a rich autumn glow color, fashioned from heritage cherrywood. The room is accented by fixtures that combined a classic antique look with modern functionality. The elegant simplicity of the vertical shiplap throughout the room adds visual space with its clean lines and timeless style.

Our clients wanted an upgraded, more spacious master suite. They leaned towards a mid-century modern look with a vaulted ceiling and lots of natural light. Skylights over the bathroom vanity were on their “must-have” list as well. We gave them a new bathroom with a much larger double vanity and expanded shower, and we continued the modern theme with the finishes.

This master en-suite is accessed via a few steps from the bedroom, so the perspective on the space was a tricky one when it came to design. With lots of natural light, the brief was to keep the space fresh and clean, but also relaxing and sumptuous. Previously, the space was fragmented and was in need of a cohesive design. By placing the shower in the eaves at one end and the bath at the other, it gave a sense of balance and flow to the space. This is truly a beautiful space that feels calm and collected when you walk in – the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of modern life.

This cloakroom had an awkward vaulted ceiling and there was not a lot of room. I knew I wanted to give my client a wow factor but retaining the traditional look she desired. I designed the wall cladding to come higher as I dearly wanted to wallpaper the ceiling to give the vaulted ceiling structure. The taupe grey tones sit well with the warm brass tones and the rock basin added a subtle wow factor

This spacious bathroom is a sprawling 135 square feet of pure luxury. We gutted this one down to the studs, and gave it an entirely new floor plan. The bath was falling apart. The basic layout was fine but the proportions were all wrong, so the ceiling was lowered at the back half to create a human-scale ceiling height above the shower and toilet room. The couple agreed on requirements but disagreed on look. He wanted bright bold colors. She wanted muted and calm. They were both happy with blue cabinetry and mosaic glass combined with neutral field tile. The steam shower features a 60” tall blue glass arched niche.
