This Master Bathroom has large gray porcelain tile on the floor and large white tile ran vertically from floor to ceiling. A shower niche is also tiled so that it blends in with the wall.

This bathroom cabinet has white doors inset in walnut frames for added interest and ties both color schemes together for added cohesion. The vanity tower cabinet is a multi-purpose storage cabinet accessed on all (3) sides. The face is a medicine cabinet and the sides are his and her storage with outlets. This allows for easy use of electric toothbrushes, razors and hairdryers. Below, there are also his and her pull-outs with adjustable shelving to keep the taller toiletries organized and at hand. This tiny bathroom wanted accessibility for living in a forever home. French Noir styling perfectly fit this 1930's home with modern touches like curved corners on the mirrored medicine cabinet, black grid framing on the shower glass, and an adjustable hand shower on the same bar as the rain shower head. The biggest challenges were finding a sink with some countertop space that would meet code clearance requirements to the corner of the closet in the adjacent room.

This basement remodel held special significance for an expectant young couple eager to adapt their home for a growing family. Facing the challenge of an open layout that lacked functionality, our team delivered a complete transformation. The project's scope involved reframing the layout of the entire basement, installing plumbing for a new bathroom, modifying the stairs for code compliance, and adding an egress window to create a livable bedroom. The redesigned space now features a guest bedroom, a fully finished bathroom, a cozy living room, a practical laundry area, and private, separate office spaces. The primary objective was to create a harmonious, open flow while ensuring privacy—a vital aspect for the couple. The final result respects the original character of the house, while enhancing functionality for the evolving needs of the homeowners expanding family.

The image showcases a chic and contemporary bathroom vanity area with a focus on clean lines and monochromatic tones. The vanity cabinet features a textured front with vertical grooves, painted in a crisp white that contrasts with the sleek black handles and faucet. This combination of black and white creates a bold, graphic look that is both modern and timeless. Above the vanity, a round mirror with a thin black frame reflects the clean aesthetic of the space, complementing the other black accents. The wall behind the vanity is partially tiled with white subway tiles, adding a classic bathroom touch that meshes well with the contemporary features. A two-bulb wall sconce is mounted above the mirror, providing ample lighting with a minimalist design that doesn't detract from the overall simplicity of the decor. To the right, a towel ring holds a white towel, continuing the black and white theme. This bathroom design is an excellent example of how minimalist design can be warm and inviting while still maintaining a sleek and polished look. The careful balance of textures, colors, and lighting creates an elegant space that is functional and stylish.

Our clients wanted to add an ensuite bathroom to their charming 1950’s Cape Cod, but they were reluctant to sacrifice the only closet in their owner’s suite. The hall bathroom they’d been sharing with their kids was also in need of an update so we took this into consideration during the design phase to come up with a creative new layout that would tick all their boxes. By relocating the hall bathroom, we were able to create an ensuite bathroom with a generous shower, double vanity, and plenty of space left over for a separate walk-in closet. We paired the classic look of marble with matte black fixtures to add a sophisticated, modern edge. The natural wood tones of the vanity and teak bench bring warmth to the space. A frosted glass pocket door to the walk-through closet provides privacy, but still allows light through. We gave our clients additional storage by building drawers into the Cape Cod’s eave space.

This is the Master Bedroom Ensuite. It feature double concrete vessels and a solid oak floating vanity. Two LED backlit mirrors really highlight the texture of these feature tiles.

A deep drawer with a plumbing chase and a tip out tray... clever storage for small bathroom is always appreciated.
