Complete bathroom remodel Summer 2013. This bath offers generous space without going overboard in square footage. The homeowner chose to go with a large double vanity, a nice shower with custom features a shower seat. We decided to keep the existing tub and deck it with carrara marble. The vanity area shown in this photo has plenty of storage for bathroom appliances in the tower. Below the mirrored wall cabinets we added a open towel storage space below. The mirrors were cased out with the matching woodwork, crown detail and carrara tile mosaics on each side. The countertop is Carrara slab marble with undermount Marzi sinks. The Kallista faucets are wall mounted, we was chosen in chrome since it was an easier finish to maintain for years to come. The floor tile is a 20 x 20 Silver Strand with a Carrara Marble strip set in straight. The backsplash to the vanity is the companion carrara mosaic random. Vaulted ceilings add to the dramatic feel of this bath. The polished nickel Restoration glass globe chandelier also adds to the dramatic glamor of the bath. The shower has three zones function, with a polished gray porcelain tile, mixed with split face white marble and carrara marble mosaics. This luxury bath sets its residence in Houston Texas.

What was once an unfinished basement is now a perfect getaway and space to entertain. The main focus is the projection screen and cozy couches for the family to gather and watch movies in surround sound. Just a few feet away, a kitchenette provides some refreshments and food. This space also allows plenty of room to throw a party and this kitchenette can store lots of food and drink. Down the hall we have a rec room with a ping pong table. Across from that is a gym so the homeowners can continue to live a healthy lifestyle. On the other side of the basement there is a playroom that can easily double as a guest room. It's a great spot for the kids to play and keep their toys all in one place. Next door is a "jack and jill" bathroom that is appropriate for all ages. Walk in the door and you'll be wowed by the mosaic tile accent that greets you from inside the shower. We're happy to hear the family is enjoying the space and have enjoyed a few parties!

To accommodate both young children and guests we had a cabinet custom made slightly lower and added a beautiful raised vessel sink. Gorgeous for guests and great for every day use!

This 3/4 bathroom was designed to be a statement for guests who come to the home. A bright red glass vessel sink with a bronze spout faucet sit on top of a vintage furniture piece that was modified to house the plumbing. The tiles are a brick red color in a hexagon shape on the floor, and vertical rectangle in the shower. The shower pan is a black pebble to tie in the earthy elements of this room. The backsplash is a black glass mosaic tile with its mirror inlaid into it, the tiles act as a frame around the mirror. Two decorative glass pendant lights were hung for an added statement.

SCD brightened up the dark and dated master bath using a light, neutral palette. Glass mosaic tile adds sparkle to the walls in the tub and shower and contrasts nicely with the matte-finish subway tile. Designing an ADA bathroom requires thoughtful consideration, and every element of the shower and walk-in closet had to be well discussed, thoroughly planned, and constructed to meet unique needs. Leveling throughout was paramount to allow independent rotation of a walker and wheelchair, widening the entry to the now curb less shower provides a safe and seamless transition from the open bathroom to the enlarged shower. Non-slip pebbled tile, an adjustable handheld shower head, and two reachable convenient niches sit above the proud floating shower bench creating a zero-barrier universal space.
