This pretty remodel of a Century Home Bathroom is a little jewel. The space houses a Custom Vanity with Cambria quartz Counter Top, white under mount Kohler Sink, Grohe single handle Faucet, Standing Shower with custom Tile & Stone detail, Japanese soaker Tub, Classic finishes and great spcial layout. This Niche wall was originally one solid piece of mirror that covered the entire wall...yuck! I designed the niches and had the builder frame them out and add LED lights. A combination of white and silver wallcovering was the perfect background. For decor, I didn’t want it to go over the top but wanted to complement the glass/polished nickel by adding some natural elements, such as the cedar skirt on the mannequin and Ball jar arrangements, both of which I created. By adding the painted wood sticks and bird seed in the inner jar, it shows off the shape of the inner jar. For the bathroom we chose a texture surface for the vanity that resembles the kitchen cabinets. The double sink and all the fixture and accessories are clean and modern.

After reviving their kitchen, this couple was ready to tackle the master bathroom by getting rid of some Venetian plaster and a built in tub, removing fur downs and a bulky shower surround, and just making the entire space feel lighter, brighter, and bringing into a more mid-century style space. The cabinet is a freestanding furniture piece that we allowed the homeowner to purchase themselves to save a little bit on cost, and it came with prefabricated with a counter and undermount sinks. We installed 2 floating shelves in walnut above the commode to match the vanity piece. The faucets are Hansgrohe Talis S widespread in chrome, and the tub filler is from the same collection. The shower control, also from Hansgrohe, is the Ecostat S Pressure Balance with a Croma SAM Set Plus shower head set. The gorgeous freestanding soaking tub if from Jason - the Forma collection. The commode is a Toto Drake II two-piece, elongated. Tile was really fun to play with in this space so there is a pretty good mix. The floor tile is from Daltile in their Fabric Art Modern Textile in white. We kept is fairly simple on the vanity back wall, shower walls and tub surround walls with an Interceramic IC Brites White in their wall tile collection. A 1" hex on the shower floor is from Daltile - the Keystones collection. The accent tiles were very fun to choose and we settled on Daltile Natural Hues - Paprika in the shower, and Jade by the tub. The wall color was updated to a neutral Gray Screen from Sherwin Williams, with Extra White as the ceiling color.

Complete remodel of Master Bath in Bellaire Texas home. This bathroom is aproximately 350 sq feet, the space was reconfigured to allow for better use of the space and larger walk-in shower, toilet room, and additional storage in floor to ceiling tower with double hampers on lower third. The space is ADA compliant, grab bars are by Delta, the shower is designed with a zero threshold entrance with bench and multiple shower heads.The toilet room is ADA compliant,all of the doorways were expanded to 36 in minimum width, The cabinetry was custom made and designed by Myra Ephross of Ephross Designs, All countertops are made of 3 cm Quartz slabs. The bathtub is an undermount soaking tub with a wide deck surrounded by custom designed wood panels. The cabinet paint is Benjamin Moore Kendall Charcoal. The wall paint is Benjamin Moore Shoreline. Trim Benjam[n Moore Diamond White. All marble flooring and shower wall marble is from the Tile Shop. Delta Dryden Faucets are in a Polished Nickel finish. Matching Dryden fixtures are used throughout. Polished Nickel sconces are installed in the mirror.

The Farmhouse Master Suite Design features- Re-purposed vanity with duo stainless steel vessel sinks, glass hardware, crystal oil rubbed bronze wall sconces, large white subway tiles with dark gray grout and a goose neck rain shower head.

To meet my client’s needs, we divided the sitting room in half. One half was used for the master closet and the other half for the bathroom. We built a large shower stall with a niche bench and multiple shower heads. We added a vanity with his-and-her sinks and mirrors. The bathroom includes a floor to ceiling medicine cabinet. The floors have radiant heat under the hexagon tile flooring.
