This large furniture style cabinet is built in and used for storage of towels. With a white painted finish, crown molding top, glass lite doors and turned leg details, this unit resembles an old style kitchen hutch. Behind this is a makeup vantiy with mirror, drawer storage and upholstered bench seat.

This 1926 Portland home was in desperate need of restoration; especially the bathrooms. The homeowners’ desire was to stay true to the authentic tile colors, shapes and layouts that were popular in the Art Deco period of the late 1920’s and 1930’s. Unfortunately, none of the original tile was salvageable with the exception of several small, floral medallions. The original floral medallions became the inspiration for the cheerful blue and yellow master bathroom and were used as accents throughout the room. Shower wall tile is a 12”x12” St. Paulo marble. The shower floor is a 2”x2” Lyciah Patera Marble mosaic with a random brick glass mosaic border with matching wall band. The new window ledge is a matching Dark Emperador marble.
