AJI worked with a family of five to design their dream beach home filled with personality and charm. We chose a soft, peaceful neutral palette to create a bright, airy appeal. The open-concept kitchen and living area offer plenty of space for entertaining. In the kitchen, we selected beautiful sand-colored cabinets in the kitchen to recreate a beachy vibe. The client's treasured artworks were incorporated into the decor, creating stunning focal points throughout the home. The gorgeous roof deck offers beautiful views from the bay to the beach. Step into this beautiful blue kid's bathroom and take in all the gorgeous chrome details. The double sink vanity features a high gloss teal lacquer finish and white quartz countertops. The blue hexagonal tiles in the shower mimick the subtle linear hexagonal tiles on the floor and give contrast to the organic wallpaper.

We took this north Seattle rambler and remodeled every square inch of it. New windows, roof, siding, electrical, plumbing, the list goes on! We worked hand in hand with the homeowner to give them a truly unique and beautiful home.

When a large family renovated a home nestled in the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains, all bathrooms received dazzling upgrades, but in a family of three boys and only one girl, the boys must have their own space. This rustic styled bathroom feels like it is part of a fun bunkhouse in the West. We used a beautiful bleached oak for a vanity that sits on top of a multi colored pebbled floor. The swirling iridescent granite counter top looks like a mineral vein one might see in the mountains of Wyoming. We used a rusted-look porcelain tile in the shower for added earthy texture. Black plumbing fixtures and a urinal—a request from all the boys in the family—make this the ultimate rough and tumble rugged bathroom. Photos by: Bernardo Grijalva

Full renovation of this is a one of a kind condominium overlooking the 6th fairway at El Macero Country Club. Gorgeous back in 1971 and now it's "spectacular spectacular!" This 1/2 bath makes you feel like you are at The Cosmopolitan. The vessel sink by MR Direct Sinks and Faucets is paired with a waterfall faucet in brushed nickel. The frost glass cubed pendant lights are by Tech Lighting. Countertop is Caearstone in Organic White. Backsplash is Versace Decori Riga/Axel Bianco Satinato Plantino. The custom cabinet is a stained Maple.
