Santa Barbara Condo's With Faux Mexican Tile Finish

Condo project in Santa Barbara wanted tile decks. The only problem? The decks weren't designed for the weight loads that tile, mortar and people would palce upon them. The next best thing? Faux tile finished decks. This project was waterproofed using Desert Crete fire retardant decking, then finished with a faux tile overlay.
