Regent Road

This project is a rear single storey extension and dormer within a terraced property in Harborne, Birmingham. The aim was to improve living space for the family, with a focus on maximising the use of natural light within the main living areas. ​ The extension contained a new kitchen, which opened up the existing room for a more spacious family dining area, further improved with the addition of rooflights, larger kitchen windows, and double glass doors opening into the garden. ​ The dormer provided an additional bedroom in the loft space, and there was general improvement of the joinery work throughout the house.
