Rancho Santa Fe Room Addition

This Fairbanks Ranch client wanted an expansion to their master bedroom and a redesign of the unusable exterior space and gaudy silver globe. We capitalized on the dead space to add a 150sf sitting room with matching roof and stucco, vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, new flooring, new French doors and exterior sconce lighting. The client also renovated their landscaping and installed a putting green to complete the finishing touches of a much more functional and aesthetically pleasing side yard.
