Princeton Avenue, Echo Park

Funky Echo Park meets steep slope...This project started out as a trash and weed filled slope. We constructed a deck a few steps down from the house, a second terrace with water feature, level grassy area for kids with built in seating for adults, and finally a lower terrace with a more loose and wild aspect.
