Parkdale Custom Home

This contemporary home at approximately 3200 sq ft, was designed for the spec market in the fantastic neighbourhood of Parkdale. The site’s proximity to Memorial Drive led to designing a private courtyard-like area in the back which the kitchen and dining room face into.
