Located on a corner site, this classic bungalow had fallen into disrepair. The exterior has been restored including opening up the verandah which had been enclosed with windows. Sandstone capping was added to the brick balustrade. The fence is new timber pickets. The colour scheme is also new. A new kitchen, family room and verandah have been added at the back.
