Near North Side LSD Contemporary Gut Renovation

This unit was gutted to the bare walls and rebuilt. The clients started with a great idea. This was a very large one bedroom with one and a half baths. By moving a stacking washer/dryer we were able to expand the powder room into a bathroom with a full shower. And we built a wall with barn doors that created a convertible second bedroom off the living room.
