Motte Manor

We were approached by a local developer of luxury one off dwellings to design a unique detached family home on a prominent corner plot in rural Cheshire. A previous application was granted for a new dwelling, yet the developer felt that the design did not fulfil the site’s potential – aesthetically and commercially. Following a new application process and full redesign, the scheme was built out and the house is now ready to be occupied.
