Before Image of Addition/Remodel, Major remodel/addition designed by Tim Aynsworth AIA and built by Joel Katz. The orginal home had no porch so the porch became one of the major motivators to to the remodel addition of the exterior enhances. Having a porch gave the owners of the newly remodeled home the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful neo- traditional neighborhood and to allow homeowners to sit outside and meet the neighbors. A master suite and home office was added on to the back of the home, while leaving the back gardens so that owners could make a nature sanctuary. French doors leading to the back gardens brings the outside and nature into the home.
