Marlborough Mudhouse Bathroom Renovation

Photo Credit: Colin Francis This gorgeous mud brick bathroom was completely transformed from a tired dated (and carpeted) bathroom to a stunning luxury bathroom. The clients sourced their tiles from Spazio Casa in Nelson and chose 3 different types of tiles for the floors, walls and shower room to create a subtle texture and colour variance. The bathroom opens out onto their covered pool area so the whole space has a very relaxed feel about it. The recessed lighting in the sloping tiled shower area makes for a practical and eye catching touch to the wet area. The bathroom ties in really well with the existing mud bricks and the tile colours blend beautifully.
