A small guest bath in this Lakewood mid century was updated to be much more user friendly but remain true to the aesthetic of the home. A custom wall-hung walnut vanity with linear asymmetrical holly inlays sits beneath a custom blue concrete sinktop. Updated Contemporary Master Bathroom, a small space making a big statement. This bathroom boasts style with linear gray tiles, white shaker cabinets and cool blue accents found in the Cambria-Waterford counter top and MSI-Grigio Lagoon mosaic. This project started as a cramped cape with little character and extreme water damage, but over the course of several months, it was transformed into a striking modern home with all the bells and whistles. Being just a short walk from Mackworth Island, the homeowner wanted to capitalize on the excellent location, so everything on the exterior and interior was replaced and upgraded. Walls were torn down on the first floor to make the kitchen, dining, and living areas more open to one another. A large dormer was added to the entire back of the house to increase the ceiling height in both bedrooms and create a more functional space. This walk in shower replaced a dated tub in this space. We were able to make the shower larger than the tub space and added the stationary glass panel to keep the bathroom clean and open. The niche gives a place for toiletries. The two shower heads can be worked independently or together. The hexagon backsplash was designed to bring extra interest to the space.

Lattice wallpaper is a show stopper in this small powder bath. An antique wash basin from the original cottage in the cottage on the property gives the vessel sink and tall faucet a great home. Hand painted flower vases flank the coordinating mirror that was also painted Dress Blues by Sherwin Williams like the Basin.

A custom made furniture vanity of white oak feels at home at the beach. This cottage is more formal, so we added brass caps to the legs to elevate it. This is further accomplished by the custom stone bonnet backsplash, copper vessel sink, and wall mounted faucet. With storage lost in this open vanity, the niche bookcase (pictured previously) is of the upmost importance.

This condo we addressed the layout and making changes to the layout. By opening up the kitchen and turning the space into a great room. With the dining/bar, lanai, and family adding to the space giving it a open and spacious feeling. Then we addressed the hall with its too many doors. Changing the location of the guest bedroom door to accommodate a better furniture layout. The bathrooms we started from scratch The new look is perfectly suited for the clients and their entertaining lifestyle.
