Magnolia Boulevard

AIA/Seattle Times Home of the Month in 2003 and published in Pacific Northwest Magazine. This home is expressed in mahogany, limestone exterior panels and tile, Venetian plaster, and stone medallions. The heart of this house is a two-story central atrium flooded with natural light from a large central skylight; the atrium connects all parts of the house and is spanned by a bridge at the second level.
