Linen closet change to laundry closet

Customer added laundry to an up stairs apartment. This show a GE 24 inch laundry on PanStand. PanStand's exclusive air-flotation will allow easy movement of the laundry for service and vent cleaning. Please note that the trap and drainage pump door can be accessed on the PanStand. Would not when installed in a pan.
