American Gothic Reclaimed Elm: Grey elm succumbed to Dutch Elm Disease and is nearly extinct, much like Chestnut. We encounter both grey and red elm when we salvage old barns. Recycled grey elm provides a clean look, with interesting contrast in the grain.
