NEW everything. Gutted to the studs and rebuilt. Nice 36" high espresso Shaker style cabinets w/ crown moldings make this a show stopper. We put in new windows, new porcelain tile floor, new granite tops w/ glass back splash, and gave the place a beautiful paint job. Notice all the high hat lighting and lots of outlets.
