A substantial two story timber and steel framed country residence featuring four large bedrooms, three bathrooms, surgery, double height gallery space, covered outdoor room and double garage. The design incorporates environmental features including rain water collection & grey water recycling for sanitary and irrigation uses. Role: Architect Client liaison, brief development, design, documentation, supervision of consultants, procurement of planning, and tender documentation.
