Irish Cottage

The brief was to create a living space that would compliment the style and period of the house. With the terracotta tiled floors that showed a beautiful patina and the huge stone fireplace, we schemed a typical traditional Irish Cottage style. Against the white walls we injected rich colours and patterns and beautiful shapes of furniture. Take note of the fun trimmings, the gorgeous tones of the wooden furniture and the small items of decor that really made this house a warm and personal home. Photography by Andrew McMillan.
