New wall on far right installed to convert open floor plan back to original three bedroom design. Wall was offset by 18" from original position (note marks in concrete surface in before shot) for better floor plan in living room. Structural support added to ceiling joists to accommodate changes. Custom wood trim throughout. New wood flooring and paint.
