Indigo Run Kitchen and bath updates

The owners moved into what had been a vacation home and quickly found that the kitched and dining area was not only poorly designed, it was also unsafe from the positioning of the sove and sink. The builder designed a copmpletely new concept by moving two internal walls and rreplacing everything. The result was a kitchen and dining area that becasme spacious andn extemely well designed both from an ergonomic and aesthetic point of view. High quality cabinetry, granite counters, appliances and fixtures were added. Porcelain tiles replaced the original ceramic tiles and blended well with walnut hardwood flooring installed in the hall and living areasn adjacent to the ktichen and breakfast dining area. The value of this home was increased and made it easliy saleable when the owners moved on to a new home.
