Historic Sunroom

This Decatur bungalow needed more space so the owners opted to enclose their screen porch and create a new 4 season sunroom/office space. They wanted to maintain the style of their home, comply with local historical guidelines, but not break the budget. We worked with a 3rd party architect and the home owners to create a functional space that would improve the look and value of the house.
