Historic Home Kitchen and Bath Remodel 22

We are excited to share photos of a project we recently completed. Our clients relocated to MA hoping to raise a family on the South Shore. Unfortunately, an unexpected job relocation is forcing them to put this gem on the market this week. This kitchen is in a beautiful historic colonial on Main Street in Kingston. The homeowners were very meticulous with their choices and design ideas for the space, and it paid off. The Marsh Cabinetry selected are Sedgefield Painted Hardwood with stunning Alpine and Midnight Paint finishes. Our team completed the full installation of new windows, cabinetry, custom crown moldings and side panels. We also built a custom shutter window frame in the kitchen area to match existing windows in the front of the house with original wood shutters we found in the basement. The Counter tops and backsplash walls are White Carrara Honed Marble with a pencil edge from Plymouth Marble and Granite. The polished chrome Waterstone faucet and air switch nicely complement the white Shaw apron sink, both from Snow and Jones in Norwell. The pot filler above the gas range is by Rohl. The flooring is antique white pine to match the adjacent fireplace seating area. The finishing touch to this beauty is the Amerock polished chrome cup pulls and ball knobs which are perfectly in line with the historic feel of this home.
