This home boasts a first (never seen before feature) — a re-entrant pocketing door which unveils virtually the entire home’s living space to the exterior pool and view terrace. A timeless chocolate and white palette makes this home both elegant and refined. The accent arm armchair on the marble patterned floor makes a perfect reading corner in the room. The large bookshelf is a bespoke design spreading on the entire length of the wall. The opposite wall fits in a fold down hydraulic bed unit attached to a couch making the space utilization more efficient. The wide-span, open wing design provides a feeling of open movement and flow throughout the home. Interior design elements are tightly edited to their most elemental form. Simple yet daring lines simultaneously convey a sense of energy and tranquility. Super-matte, zero sheen finishes are punctuated by brightly polished stainless steel and are further contrasted by thoughtful use of natural textures and materials.
