Il salotto condivide lo spazio con la camera da pranzo. I toni sono tutti tendenti al bianco , con elementi in cromie più calde tendenti al marrone e al bronzo. Gli arredi sono stati tutti restaurati tramite pre-trattamento e laccatura per renderli bianchi , come voleva la committenza.Il pavimento è in gres porcellanato effetto resina in tonalità di beige diverse.Per la valorizzazione delle pareti si è optato per una carta da parati floreale , scelta dalla committenza. La controsoffittatura , realizzata in cartongesso , separata dalle pareti perimetralmente , in modo da ricreare degli scuretti illuminati , per dare un senso di galleggiamento.

The living room received a big makeover with the removal of an outdated fireplace (on the wall with the sofa!) and we installed a new, contemporary fireplace covered in black quartzite in the center of the room. Shelves on either side of the fireplace provide plenty of room for books and decorative objects. Gray grasscloth covers the walls and brings a warmth and texture that paint cannot.

A clean modern home with rich texture and organic curves. Layers of light natural shades and soft, inviting fabrics create warm and inviting moments around every corner.

The client brief was to create a cosy and atmospheric space, fit for evening entertaining, but bright enough to be enjoyed in the day. We achieved this by using a linen effect wallcovering which adds texture and interest. The large chaise sofa has been upholstered in a dark herringbone weave wool for practical reasons and also provides a contrast against the wall colour. A gallery wall behind the sofa has been framed by two bronze Porta Romana wall lights which provide soft, ambient lighting, perfect for a relaxing evening. The armchair and ottoman have been upholstered in the same fabric to tie the two seating zones together and a bespoke calacatta viola marble coffee table wraps around the ottoman, providing a flat surface for drinks. To give the room a focal point, we built a chimney breast with a gas letterbox fire and created a recess for the large screen television. Bespoke fitted cabinets with fluted doors either side of the chimney provides ample storage for media equipment and the oak shelves, complete with LED lighting display a collection of decorative objects. In between the shelves we fitted beautifully patinated antique mirror to give the illusion of space.

Le séjour fait face à la cuisine ouverte et donne une perspective sur le coin nuit également. Le papier peint, fresque Ipanema de chez Casamance, offre de la profondeur à la pièce. Le canapé, en velours vert émeraude, apporte une touche de couleur à l'ensemble. Les tables gigognes de chez Zara sont assorties au plafonnier en métal doré de chez Caravane. Le tout apporte une touche raffinée au séjour.

This small two-bedroom condo was converted to a small tv viewing room. it has a lot of bang for the buck. Grass cloth wall covering give the space the right amount of texture that warms the room and becomes a unique space in a tower of same nondescript modern design.
