This luxurious weekend home not only has a lake in its backyard, but a swimming pool too! The pool was elevated 8’ from the top of the lake so the backyard view from the deck would appear to be a seamless line of water. Several piers that are 15’ deep, as well as a beam, support the pool. The entire deck, coping, and the wall’s façade are finished with a mixture of Palo and Rosa flagstone. A custom accent fountain with copper pipes was designed to provide a little privacy but keeping with the integrity of the neighborhood’s ambiance without destroying the bay’s view. On the far end of the pool, in-pool bar stools were constructed so the homeowner and friends could keep cool while enjoying the sail boats and evening sunsets.
