This fireplace surround is in the Calgary, AB 2013 Stampede Dream home. 2Stone Designer Concrete created the mantle as well as the one piece tile the surround the burner. The texture on the fireplace burner surround is mirrored in the kitchen back splash which is just to the right of this photo.
