Family-friendly entrance and mudroom

With four athletic kids, this family wanted to make their typical suburban house work better for their minivan, sports-oriented lifestyle. This view of the mudroom shows three of the six custom-built lockers, complete with benches, one for each member of the family. The room can be entered from outside from either the garage or the front of the house.
