Destin Beach House Reno

This was a home that was in foreclosure ad vacant for over a year that we renovated on a very limited budget. Most of the renovation included a kitchen upgrade: new countertops, appliances, bar addition, pendant lighting, etc. The powder bath was turned into a full bath, and the office was turned into a bedroom with full closet so the house could be sold as a four bedroom, 3 bath home 3 houses from the beach. I think because it had been sitting for so long without any love we wanted a very white and bright canvas. The only room we painted dark was the accent wall in the kitchen a very dark espresso brown for contrast.
