Craftsman Cottage

This craftsman style home is located on the water in Rhode Island’s West Bay. Integrated stone and timber details create a new identity for an nondescript existing house. While working with strict zoning requirements and a small footprint, BTGA created a new porch with retractable screens over an existing deck. This porch enhances the possibilities for outdoor living while avoiding blocking the view from inside.
