Cottage Charm: Gathered Window Treatments

For a guest bedroom with vintage furnishings, this custom valance is gathered on a large round pole, and has a generous header ruffle at the top. The hem has a beaded onion tassel fringe for a dance of rose and green along its curving silhouette. Crisp white cafe shutters from Lafayette provide privacy and screen the lower roof from view.
