Commercial Project: 3303 Water St. NW

Built in 2004 by Eastbanc, 3303 Water Street is comprised of 72 apartments, located between the C&O Canal and the Potomac River in Georgetown. The building was designed to fuse Georgetown’s industrial past with a modern lifestyle. High-end amenities coincide with a green theme and an urban meadow surrounding the space, with views of the Washington Monument, Kennedy Center, Key Bridge, and Georgetown University spires. This project won the Delta Associates Award for “Best Overall Mid-Atlantic Condominium Project: 2004" and the National Association of Home Builders 2007 Pillars of the Industry Award for "Best Mid-Rise Condominium Community.”
