Brief: To fully refurbish the property, create a winter garden, basement cinema and wine cellar. Solutions: We strengthened the house by inserting an internal steel frame, keeping a brick shell exterior. We then dug out the basement to create two new rooms and added a new roof structure which allowed us to include a winter garden. Results: A splendid corner house in the heart of Chelsea, completely refurbished, with the added value of a basement cinema and wine cellar. A clever roof feature to include a winter garden.
