Chevy Chase Family Room and Rear Deck Addition

Family room opens out onto ipe deck with the water feature the major focal point. It has three adjustable gushers with a sheet waterfall flowing into a large mechanically filtered koi pond at the edge of the deck. This view shows the upper deck with kitchen on left side, library and living room on the right side. From the upper deck one has a panoramic view of the entire space.
