The client wanted to implement pieces of a craftsman style home to the remodel that was done, in order to do this there are various areas through out the home which have small details, like the newel posts on the stair case. Craftsman style is all about the details in the woodwork especially. The hardwood floors are hickory with a custom oil finish done by a local company in Salt Lake City.
