California stucco with second story balcony

This great San Francisco stucco got a cosmetic update. The home owner was looking to paint, replace the railing and give this home a cohesive look. Using window trim, paint and lighting, we tied the whole look together. Lighting by Quoizel for hanging pendants and sconce.
