The clients were after a farmhouse feel, yet modern take on the kitchen area. We opted for hampton style shaker cabinet door profile in a warm white and a warm green to fridge recess area. The benchtop and splashback is of a natural stone Granite with white tones and slight veining. I suggested sandbag and painting the face-brick walls to white, backing against the kitchen, to help tone down the mix of textures. Then darker grey tone tiles help ground the design.
