Blue foliage

Boulders are a thoughtful transition from "gravel lawn" to garden beds. They perform functionally to hold back the berms and integrate with a juxtapositional way with the metal edging. Lots of blue foliage complements the oranges, tans and grays of the gravel and stone while cooling down the vignette. Photo by Jay Sifford
