This beautiful transitional powder room with wainscot paneling and wallpaper was transformed from a 1990's raspberry pink and ornate room. The space now breathes and feels so much larger. The vanity was a custom piece using an old chest of drawers. We removed the feet and added the custom metal base. The original hardware was then painted to match the base.

A small space deserves just as much attention as a large space. This powder room is long and narrow. We didn't have the luxury of adding a vanity under the sink which also wouldn't have provided much storage since the plumbing would have taken up most of it. Using our creativity we devised a way to introduce corner/upper storage while adding a counter surface to this small space through custom millwork. We added visual interest behind the toilet by stacking three dimensional white porcelain tile. Photographer: Stephani Buchman

This elegant traditional powder room has little bit of a contemporary edge to it with the unique crystal wall sconces added to the mix. The blue grass clothe wallpaper has a sparkle of gold peaking through just enough to give it some shine. The custom wall art was done by the home owner who happens to be an Artist. The custom tall wall paneling was added on purpose to add architecture to the space. This works perfectly with the already existing wide crown molding. It carries your eye down to the new beautiful paneling. Such a classy and elegant powder room that is truly timeless. A look that will never die out. The carrara custom cut marble top is a jewel added to the gorgeous custom made vanity that looks like a piece of furniture. The beautifully carved details makes this a show stopper for sure. My client found the unique wood dragon applique that the cabinet guy incorporated into the custom vanity. This sophisticated powder bath creates a "wow moment" for guests when they turn the corner. The large geometric pattern on the wallpaper adds dimension and a tactile beaded texture. The custom black and gold vanity cabinet is the star of the show with its brass inlay around the cabinet doors and matching brass hardware. A lovely black and white marble top graces the vanity and compliments the wallpaper. The custom black and gold mirror and a golden lantern complete the space. Finally, white oak wood floors add a touch of warmth and a hot pink orchid packs a colorful punch.

Updating of this Venice Beach bungalow home was a real treat. Timing was everything here since it was supposed to go on the market in 30day. (It took us 35days in total for a complete remodel). The corner lot has a great front "beach bum" deck that was completely refinished and fenced for semi-private feel. The entire house received a good refreshing paint including a new accent wall in the living room. The kitchen was completely redo in a Modern vibe meets classical farmhouse with the labyrinth backsplash and reclaimed wood floating shelves. Notice also the rugged concrete look quartz countertop. A small new powder room was created from an old closet space, funky street art walls tiles and the gold fixtures with a blue vanity once again are a perfect example of modern meets farmhouse.
