Several additional boulders were brought in to break up the monotony of the existing structural boulders that held the patio pavers in place. Mounding shrubs such as Mr. Bowling Ball arborvitae, rosemary and Mugo pine complemented the boulders while upright shrubs and perennials added contrasting interest.Photo by Jay Sifford.
