AVD picked a Savant platform to control every aspect of this home: AV, dedicated cinema, CCTV, HVAC, lighting, floor heating, heated towel rails, and much more. This three-storey home — with amenities such as a pool, tennis court, home gym, two wine cellars, and two garages (one with an automotive turntable) — has incredibly complicated climate automation that not only controls blinds and shades but evacuates warm air from the ceilings. The project also includes a home cinema with a 186" 2.39:1 format screen, extensive “three-layer” security (internal, perimeter, and external), and 77 custom designed (by AVD) lighting switch plates.
