Kathleen Donohue this Entertainer's Kitchen works for the professional cook/homeowner who regularly perpares meals for 75 or more when entertaining. She also cooks large meals and delivers them to a local homeless shelter on a regular basis. She beileves these donated meals should be as good as what she would serve her own family, so there are no pre-packaged and canned mass meals prepared here!
