Ascot project, the exterior involved removing existing black balastrading in the master bedroom balcony & replacing it with bifold black plantation shutters, which created private additional living space in the master bedroom. Redesigning the front entrance by replacing the existing wooden gate with black plantation shutters & redesigning the front door by replacing the existing door & installing floor to ceiling louvers either side of the front door.
