A Transitional Guest and Master Bath remodel #21

This home already had a beautiful start, located in the beautiful city of Huntington Beach, California, it simply needed to be brought up to date, and of course we added a touch of class using all the best materials. Starting in the guest bathroom, we replaced the vanity, with all new plumbing of course, white shaker cabinets, and slab style doors. Complete with quartz a countertop, to mimic concrete, chrome hardware, and a matching chrome Moen faucet. A custom built beveled mirror in a classic white frame fills the back wall and topped with a new vanity light. The shower was lined with a cut 6x12 marble to the ceiling, including the full window sill. Chrome fixtures to match, including an adjustable hand shower, a double bay niche, and finished with a beautiful frameless sliding door. Completing the room with a 3x3 hexagon mosaic with acrylic grout, which is the perfect accent to the space. The master bath was remodeled using matching cabinetry and fixtures as the guest bath. We used a gorgeous Venatino Bianca marble from Arizona Tile for the countertops as a clear upgrade in this luxurious space however, both on the vanity, and the attached make up counter. Wall sconces places perfectly between new individually hung framed mirrors, plus recessed lighting above for plenty of lighting choices. We used the same Venatino Bianca marble throughout the shower, cut into a 6x12 size and tiled to the ceiling, also, like the guest bath. A rain shower head, and an enclosure made of a glass panel and swing out door. Yet again we utilized an accent flooring creating a basket weave mosaic with Carrera marble and black absolute granite. To separate the spaces, we added a marble threshold and a frosted, cross-reeded, glass pocket door.
