A Classic Row

A young family commissioned our office to help in restoring this 3,200 sq. ft. Art Museum Area home. They wanted to preserve as many of the homes original 19th century details as possible while mixing in their newer, yet vintage taste. Reconfiguration of the bathrooms and laying out an oversized kitchen were essentials in getting the home to function according their needs. The remainder of their budget was spent restoring plaster molding details, refinishing original wide plank floors, rehanging solid chestnut doors and restoring original marble fireplaces.
