With the removal of walls, the space has a brighter and more open feel. Next on the list: a new Contemporary kitchen. Storage was a huge issue, as well as prep space. So along with a new island, a free-standing storage area was created. This “tower” not only houses the refrigerator, but also includes custom pantry units. Keeping it light and open, the perimeter laminate cabinetry is custom made in Abet Laminati 411SEI. The island and tower are also constructed in this color, then wrapped in custom Walnut panels. This gives us a warm focal point, and breaks up the monochromatic tones of the kitchen area. The result is a clean, sophisticated kitchen that compliments beautifully the rest of the newly remodeled living space!
